The Think Like a Great CEO: Live Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Acquisition.com, LLC ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and officers of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to enter

Register for Think Like a Great CEO: Live for free at acquisition.com/think-like-a-ceo, then attend the live session on Saturday, October 24th, 2026, which begins at 1:00pm ET (10:00am PT). You must be present in the live session at the time of the drawing to be eligible. Registration and attendance are free. Limit one entry per person; duplicate registrations do not count as additional entries.

Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random during the live session from all eligible registrants present at the time of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible attendees present at the time of the drawing. The winner will be announced during the live session.

Prize

One (1) prize package with an approximate retail value of $53,000, consisting of:

• Twelve (12) months of unlimited access to ACQ AI (approximate retail value $12,000).
• Four (4) tickets to an upcoming Acquisition.com in-person workshop in Las Vegas, for the winner and up to three (3) people of the winner's choosing, subject to availability (approximate retail value $20,000). Travel, lodging, meals and all other expenses are not included.
• A printed and bound set of Alex Hormozi's twelve $100M Playbooks, shipped to the winner (approximate retail value $6,000).
• Access to Acquisition.com's internal trainings on Meta Ads Andromeda, VSLs and Vibe Editing (approximate retail value $15,000).

The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if an element becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

Notification

The winner will be contacted by email at the address used to register within three (3) business days of the session and must respond within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible attendees.

General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may require the winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and release. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions or connection problems that prevent anyone from attending or being counted as present. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned.

Privacy

Information collected at registration is used in line with Sponsor's privacy policy at acquisition.com.

To request the winner's name, contact Acquisition.com through acquisition.com within 30 days of the session.
